Kelby Owens

Kelby Owens is the Owner and President of Phase Financial. He provides financial planning and investment advisory services to his clients. Kelby graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2006 with a Bachelors's Degree in Psychology. He later earned a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Kelby started investing his own money as a hobby over ten years ago, and he developed a passion for it. As he grew in his understanding of the industry, he began to love the opportunity to teach others how to invest and plan for retirement. In 2016, Kelby passed the NASAA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam. He also holds the Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses, as well as his Life Insurance license.

Kelby is married to his awesome wife, Liz, and they have two young boys. He is an active member of Community Church of Greensburg, Indiana, where he serves on the Elder Board. In the community, he has served on many boards and committees, including the Decatur County Community Foundation's Investment Committee and the Greensburg/Decatur County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Kelby is also an active member of both the Rotary Club and Optimist Club of Greensburg. Kelby has served on the Board of Directors for both civic groups, and he has served as the Rotary Club's Membership Director.

When Kelby is not working or involved in the community, he enjoys playing golf, vacationing with his family, and watching sports.
